~unhappy: The site has * locations for a theatre. When I arrived at one, nothing but apartments. I called the number fandango had for the theatre I was supposed to be at and it sent me to the second location. I spoke with the manager and he said they had one location and that fandango had wrong info. I bought my ticket with a fandango gift card and wanted a refund. I called fandango FOUR times within the day, each time with an hour wait time and after frustration, hanging up. On the fourth time I called they said the wait would be ** minutes, I waited ** minutes with no response. I hung up. I finally came to this site and noticed that one of the numbers listed for fast response is the one I called yesterday. So I gave my number for fandango to call me back. Within ** min. my phone was ringing. The girl on the line must've been hard of hearing, asking me my name * times while I yelled it and spelled it out into the phone. Then she called me by a completely different name. Whatever, so I tell her

~unhappy: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Fandango's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~unhappy: For that I would say four out of five.

~unhappy: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Fandango to know who you are.
