~chinds04: tried purchasing tickets * times last week and again tonight and get an error at the end but no tickets and my account is charged. Then I wait on hold for over ** minutes in time for us to go all the way to the theater to buy the tickets and home and still on hold. so I hung up. this is ridiculous. I have never had this problem. and I wanted to get them for the download on itunes. I called last week also with a ** min wait.

~chinds04: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
