GetHuman-231481: I got the response of I am sorry but I am not trained for what you are asking. All I wanted to know was why fedex says my zip is incorrect or isn't in our system even thou they deliver here all the time. NOT ONE PERSON COULD explain this to me...They really need to pull their heads out of their butts and get everyone of their employees on the same page......Very disappointed because I had to cancell an order that was a Birthday gift for my son.
