~Pissed off customer: Customer service ***** really bad. I'm missing parts for my microwave and purchased a warranty. No one seems to know how to help. Need the missing parts and warranty. Customer service agents attitude really ***** had no knowledge on how to help. May stop ordering since the only time a customer service rep only wants to help if they are collecting a payment. Very, very, very disappointed. All I wanted was to get missing parts toput my microwave cart together. Who ever pulls the item to ship needs to ensure that all parts are in the box. Also my warranty was not icluded and I paid extra for something I didn't receive.
