GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-derrellr: I purchased something for ** dollars and when I transferred the app to another device, the cloud wasn't updated so i lost all of what i purchased.. Please Please help i have emailed people several times and nothing was done.....i dont understand why the cloud didn't update automatically when i purchased something.
