~Former Pleased Customer: Called at ** AM PST on *******. Got message that said "We are unable to take your call at this time, please call again later". This is customer service? And the help page on their website won't open - you can browse devices, buy a device, and read their corporate propaganda, but you can't get support.

~Former Pleased Customer: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Former Pleased Customer: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Fitbit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Former Pleased Customer: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Fitbit customers?
~Former Pleased Customer: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Fitbit to know who you are.
