GetHuman-davisj1: Franklin Mint should be ashamed of themselves!! Only ONE (*) number to call for for "EVERYTHING?" **I just had a horrible experience with the the "only call center" listed!! ** It's a Two girl office, No Supervisor that I could speak with, and no Corporate number for me to file a complaint! So folk.. If you get hung up on like I just did... Good link trying to let Franklin Mint they need to do their homework! Unbelievable that Franklin Mint has only one number for their coustomers to call!! Those girls have it made! They can do whatever they want, and laugh after we hang up! I am furious right now. ( FYI) the girl became irritated with me because I am hard of Hearing!!
