~Samanthahf: I have been charged repeatedly and I have told them repeatedly if I go over, I do not want to refill (or however you call it) take me off recurring payments. I think I finally got that taken off and now my monthly charge is $*.**, they charged my credit card $*.**. where do they get these numbers? oh, I'm going to charge $* more just because blahblahblah. I have had the worst of luck with this company!!! Don't get tied up with them if possible! I suggest a prepaid card just for them and only have the exact amount of money you want them to take out also.

~Samanthahf: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Samanthahf: For that I would say one out of five.
