GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's FreedomPop customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Sarah: This company is a complete joke. They have no problems advertising their services. They take your money immediately, same day. Then they promise your phone will ship soon. No followup email, no status email. Here were are, a month out plus. They now have approc $*** from us, still no phone, no service, and no customer service response except some pathetic automated response when I send them emails. Never have been able to get a real live person on the phone. HORRIBLE service. I don't care how inexpensive it is if you never get to use it. Freedompop is simply not ready to take on customers when it cannot provide products or services yet.

~Sarah: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Sarah: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about FreedomPop's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Sarah: For that I would say two out of five.

~Sarah: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for FreedomPop to know who you are.
