GetHuman-433550: Today marks the *th consecutive day that I have been on the phone with FreedomPop for over * hours - being transferred *-* times each day - It seems no-one can handle* expedite any request or make any common sense pragmatic solutions that would put a customer somewhat to ease. I had one lady refusing to transfer me after requesting so over ** times - she was condescending and passive aggressive - THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE PPL - Today I did however speak to a fellow military veteran and he did assist me and assisted to make right of all the wrongs made by so many - Also, I would like to state that all the issue I have had have been with the phone service alone - If you are looking for Wifi and or Hub burst - I have not had an issue one with them - Just the phone which is why I am changing my rating from a *'s to *'s.
