GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Frontier Communications customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-177710: I called Frontier Communocations to find out whether BBB has contacted them after I complained for being misinformed for the monthly fee due. My call was directed to an executive manager at Frontier and he disagreed that I wasn't informed of the terms including the monthly service fee. He was aggressively assuring me that I knew the renewal terms in July. I repeatedly told Vidin (the manager) that both my partner and I have made every possible effort to get that information from Frontier in July unsuccessfully so he advised then that I was informed about the monthly fee and the discount when my contract terms were changed in their system earlier this month (August). I explained that the reason for my complain is exactly the discrepancy between the amount I was told around that time in August and the amount on the bill. Not only my complaint wasn't accepted, but I was told that the speed provided for this fee will be more than twice lower then promised. In addition, Vidin tried to
