~Martha Edwards: I tried to get some help with my phone service, because there is a lot of static on the line. Its hard to hear the party that is calling. I haved tried * or * times, and once they just hung up, and another time they switched me to another service rep. and had to go through pushing all the buttons again. Is there a human that I can talk to that can help me. I am ** and I need help. I have bundled my tv, internet, and phone. I lways pay my bill. I am thinking about canceling and just use my cell phone.
