~NICHOLAS & Cindy: My wife and i would like to commend Tech AL*** Joesph Y for the outstanding tech support he provided on both our laptops.We are new to Frontier ' two weeks " and were somewhat disapointed with the service we were getting until Joseph Y from Tech Support changed our disapointment about Frontier by using his tech skills and hours fixing our two PC"s.Thank you Joseph for your time and patience.....you are an asset to your company.....Nicholas and Cindy Soto
