GetHuman-435942: My refrigerator has had a beeping sound when the door was held open for a little longer than necessary since I moved into this house. Ref was a Feb **** GE Model GSS**UFMCWW. It doesn't beep now. So the door alarm must be broken, however your company says this model doesn't have a door alarm. Others have heard it, family, friends and etc. and have commented on it. Saying that it was annoying but I need it for the safety of the little grandchildren. I had a Technician out today, he called your techs and they told him the same thing. I'm not nuts it beeped and I would like to know how to get it working.
