~Bob: Once again we have had to contact Gateway regarding the laptop we purchased a year ago. Because once again it has "limited access", we started having this issue about a month after it was purchased. We sent the machine back to Texas * times, each time on return we were assured that it was fixed. It has had this issue AGAIN and now they want to charge me for their faulty equipment!! Never again Gateway you just lost a valued customer. But you won't get me again. Dell I am coming back! Robert Eldridge
