GetHuman-244794: This is my second attempt to reach Gateway Energy* called on Saturday and waited * *** no picked up then line. Called again on Manday still holding ** min and counting. I think this is so you are stuck with the rate that they give you. I would have NEVER signed up if I got this treatment in the beginning. I will be changing my provider!!!!
