GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/23/17?
GetHuman-tapndog: You make it impossible to contact your company. All the responses I have seen are computer generated responses, everyone gets the same response. Since there is no way to ask a technical question about a product, how do you expect anyone to buy from you. I bought something and I can't get any response from your website. I will not buy anything else from your site and I will warn everyone I know that your site is a ripoff.

GetHuman-tapndog: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-tapndog: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about GetHuman's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-tapndog: For that I would say one out of five.
