~Gillian: Have tried phone, email and poor customer service all around. THE WORST!!! Never again. If you decide to use, advise to use credit card for purchase instead of debit card - since you are likely to want your money back you are at least offered some protection. Getting nothing but run-around, and their No Risk guarantee means nothing, even if they have screwed up the prescription and are trying to sell you something other than what you ordered to save the sale. Still trying to work it out a week later, but as of today I would say go elsewhere!!!!!
