~Carlo300: My site http:**usa.weloveourhost.com*godaddy-complaints.html was loading very slow so I filed a complaint by asking help from the company's technical support team. Since my page is about Godaddy itself (and not in a positive way), I never received a reply. They simply refused any assistance. After this incident which certainly was not the first one, I decided to leave them immediately. Now hosting with a much better company in terms of support, up time and website speed.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting GoDaddy. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a GoDaddy problem?
~Carlo300: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Carlo300: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about GoDaddy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Carlo300: For that I would say four out of five.

~Carlo300: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for GoDaddy to know who you are.
