GetHuman-356153: Did not receive my magazine this month. The customer service rep was so nice and let me know that she will extend my subscription one month since I did not receive it. I mentioned that I saw that they said my payment was not received. I did not know this because I never received the invoice. My son moved and changed our whole family's address instead of his. Everything got straightened out with the help of a great rep. This is one of the reasons I have continued my great relationship with your magazine.
