GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/25/17?
GetHuman-googey2: I think google play is very pushy. Very rude to keep interrupting me when I am listening to music I bought. Very intrusive. All I want is to buy Mp* music and listen OFFLINE. Google play does not respect that. They want to push for business. I think they are manipulative in business. All my data was recently erased from Droid by Verizon.I spent hundreds of dollars downloading music I paid for to listen while walking. I am an RN with high stress job. This is the only time to myself. Google play ruined many many of my daily walks with their incessant interruptions. Now how can I start over with music on phone. I only want to have my library of music. no interruptions*.only offline music. That's all I want. How can you help me make it happen. Can I just buy music from google play for offline use. Just want my library. If not I won't use google play at all. Please let me know asap*Your company can still make good money fro me. But if you are greedy and insist on pushing your other music sales on me I am done.

GetHuman: And what about Google Play's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-googey2: For that I would say five out of five.

GetHuman-googey2: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google Play to know who you are.
