~google: Yeah. It was morning, on October 22nd.
GetHuman: Did you reach out to Google, and if so, how?

GetHuman: And which of these common Google customer issues best describes the reason you wanted to talk to them?

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Google customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~google: I called the number that you provided and once the women answered the phone, I explained that I had already been through the forums and everything else online. I have been dealing with a email*apps problem for over a year with no resolution. the girl just kept repeating that there WAS NO ON PHONE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!! Everything is done online:( **You have to hope that a google employee take pity on you and decides to help you online but first they have to pick you!!!**I like Google email but they are no different than any other corporation that does not want to deal with the public.

~google: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~google: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~google: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Google customers?
~google: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google to know who you are.
