GetHuman-104625: Every time I call their customer service number, it gives you * options, *) if you are calling about the car seat recall, and *) everything else. I wasn't calling about the recall so I went with the sectond option and it puts you on hold for an "operator" for about * minutes and then hangs up on you EVERY TIME! I have tried calling every day for the past * weeks and it's always the same outcome.

GetHuman-104625: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-104625: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Graco's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-104625: For that I would say one out of five.
