~Jessica0051: Greendot customer service is terrible. I spent ** minutes trying to register my recently purchased card and I spent * hours registering it on the web..ITS STILL NOT ACTIVATED. You are unable to "talk" to a person and when you do I couldn't understand them. After you give them all your required information..IT SAYS-SORRY-CANT COMPLETE TRANSACTION-CALL BACK:Then they hang up on you with no recourse to complain other then this site here. Its getting worse, not better. I have been with greendot for * years and now they act like the rest of the big corporations. LACK QUALITY CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
