~Kim Bryant: I am a disabled American, who regularly used your Green dot card company. I was unable to get out of my house yesterday, due to my disability. I sent my daughter to purchase my reload cards. I needed two for $***.** a piece. She got to the register and the sales associate David. Told her she was purchasing the wrong cards. He told her the cards she was purchasing was for Paypal. He then walked around the counter picked up the green dot credit cards and told her that was what she wanted. She purchased them. When she returned home I told her the cards were wrong. I then called the store and the same gentlemen David. Told me that a manager would be able to refund the purchase in the morning. This morning she and I went to the store only to find that once again David was wrong. I was told to contact customer service like I had already been trying to do for the last ** hours. Only reaching automated machines. I finally got the corporate number, I was hung up on several times due to your in
