GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Green Dot customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~STEVE : I bought a MoneyPak reload in good faith. They put a block on it because they said someone else tried to use it. It was NOT scratched off. Then they made me fax my receipt AND the MoneyPak card. It has been * days, they have told me each day it would be resolved. Now they are saying it will be another * to * business days. I am planning on filing a suit, and notifying the district attorney and FBI for Mail Fraud, and take civil action because of deceptive trade and practices. I am amazed that there are hundreds if not thousands of similar complaints that no one has filed for a class action lawsuit. Their calls are all handled by people in the Phillipines. They are posting a FALSE phone number for their corporate headquarters.

~STEVE : I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~STEVE : I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Green Dot's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~STEVE : For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Green Dot customers?
~STEVE : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Green Dot to know who you are.
