~july three: I don't even know what company this is. Very unhelpful. I got a Green Dot card in the mail that I didn't order. There's no option to talk to a live person at Green Dot, so I found this number. They said they put a security block on the card but couldn't tell when*how it was ordered. Didn't seem to understand my questions, didn't have the best English. I would never do business with Green Dot. They seem very sketchy.
