~Anoynous KC: I have been dealing with this company since ** Dec ****. I have been waiting on a refund since then and recently, ** Dec **** they said a FEDX was sent and I shoould receive *-** days. Nevertheless, I am still waiting and FEDX does not have anything in their system that a refund was sent and no tracking number for my address is on file. Green DOT has fialed to resolved my issue and i will definitely report to the Federal Trade commision and (BBB) and anyone else for help in this effort. This company should be shut down and cards removed from all stores. I purchased in Walgreens and will never again do business with these IDIOTS! My virus was the FBI virus and $***.**. This is one **** of a leson and I will never stop trying to bring this issue to lawful individuals who care and can assist in bring these foreign criminals to justice. Amazing who can do business in America.

~Anoynous KC: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Green Dot's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anoynous KC: For that I would say one out of five.

~Anoynous KC: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Green Dot to know who you are.
