~icyjfrog: Groupon ripped me off by using a bait and switch pricing which made me think it was $** for an adult ticket to medieval times. I accidentally purchased three for me and my friend around *pm. I did not see a way in the app to require a refund and we got a flat pulling into medieval times. I bought three more adult tickets on groupon and they will not give me a refund or credit even though I still made a purchase with them. I asked only * days later and we did not even have our flat problem fixed until after **pm. We were exhausted and did not think to try to get a refund with one hour to go on their policy. Giving a total of * hours for me to fix the problem which was not easily given a solution. Why won't they give me a refund or count my other purchase as an exchange

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~icyjfrog: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.

~icyjfrog: For that I would say three out of five.
