~Lori-Jo McGilchrist: I keep calling and writing to get my e-mail address, that I've always have used, they say I'm invalid, well you keep sending me deals every day with my e-mail address, and when I want to order, I'm invalid, I did forget my password, well not really, groupon just says I did, how often do I need to keep my e-mail the same as it aways has been, iv'e called, no answer, I have written, no answer, what the heck can I do, groupon does not make it easy to log in, one day your ok, the next they say I do not exsist, so now I have to type in some crazy *'s that are hard to read, please make this site better, weeks on end and nothing, ready to delete you and my friends are getting fed up with these antics, sick and tired of being sick and tired of groupon, groupons, groupon goods, if I'm invalid, do not send me anymore deals, but I am valid, so fix your problem, PLEASE!!! ~Lori-Jo McGilchrist: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Lori-Jo McGilchrist: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Groupon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Lori-Jo McGilchrist: For that I would say five out of five.
