~Fed up: Spoke with a nice rep, however matter could not be resolved. Company I bought groupon for refused to accept my groupon after they scanned it, so I paid cash. When I called groupon for refund, I found out the merchant had redeemed my groupon once scanned AND took my cash! It's been one week and it's not resolved.

~Fed up: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Fed up: For that I would say two out of five.
