GetHuman-262358: The representative "Taja" tried to assist me. She made suggestions and remained online, with me, while I tried her suggestions. The system would not allow me to sign in (without resetting my password) to my main email account. I was unwilling to alter a highly used password JUST TO, periodically, use a Groupon coupon. Taja listened to my problem, tried to assist. In sum, Taja was professional.
