~Anonymous: I live in Spring Valley, CA, and went to the office on Fletcher Parkway. Here is why I will never go back. I went in a week ago to drop off my tax papers. I also set an appointment so my husband and I could be there. We set the appointment with the same guy who did our taxes last year. Our appointment was set for *:** pm on ******. We arrived at *:** pm. The lady who was running the front desk told us that we had to wait, that Todd was with another customer. She didn't know how long it was going to be. She didn't even check with Todd. She said we could do the drop off and come back later. That was when I informed he that I had did just that and set the appointment. At *:** we approached the front desk again, trying to set another appointment that we might get in on time. The receptionist at the front desk told us that it was late in the tax season and that they were busy and we would have to wait even if we set another appointment. At this time she went back to Todd and let him kno

~Anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H&R Block's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other H&R Block customers?
~Anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for H&R Block to know who you are.
