GetHuman-105128: * word: Horrible. Not only could I not understand the person, she put me on hold for at least ** minutes before answering my question - to which her reply was "Look on the website. I can't help you" NEVER going to buy another HP product again....

GetHuman: And what about HP's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-105128: For that I would say two out of five.
