GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's HP customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~boxedveggies: Transferred to Manila, and they couldn't help me because I didn't have laptop model eventho I had a case number (was calling on behalf of someone else who is on trip). I asked to be transfered to a Service dept and rep yelled saying she couldn't because I didn't have model number. After speaking to supervisor it seemed that they have very stict protocal for each call. Was transfered to Service only to be hung up on by someone in the US. Luckily I got the US number before they disconnected me. Once I called them again and was able to get a human, Christina, she looked up my case and said it was closed and couldn't get a hold of tech coming to our site. She asked for my number and promised to call me back with an update in ten minutes, its been ** minutes and a no call back (didn't expect one either). Horrible service by HP!Expected more from a company that has faithful following, even with their low stock!

~boxedveggies: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~boxedveggies: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HP's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~boxedveggies: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HP customers?
~boxedveggies: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HP to know who you are.
