GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's HP customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~kthrngracem: short wait but no help whatsoever, in order to enter the chat you have to describe your issues so I did in detail (including the service ticket that had been issued when I spoke to someone earlier) but the associate who "helped" me must not have read it because he asked all the same questions I had addressed in the initial message. *His "help" was slow and even when I had mentioned I had already done the things he suggested and all the things HP suggested he would continue to reiterate what he had just said. *It was obvious that both on HPs live chat and on their in person phone calls that the help was provided by people that did not understand english very well and it was very difficult to get straightforward help.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting HP. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a HP problem?
~kthrngracem: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~kthrngracem: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HP's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~kthrngracem: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HP customers?
~kthrngracem: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HP to know who you are.
