~bonnie gordon: I have called every phone number you have and i cannot get to speak with anyone who could help me, everything is automated and no matter what number i punch, it is the same. all i needed was for someone to see why I have not received a bill for merchandise I ordered several weeks ago. very poor communications, I am not sure I will ever order from you people again .
