~tinkerbill: Went straight to menu tree on answer, no human. Gave * options & I tried * B* getting option to press * for live person. From there they were cordial but could not solve my problem. I was trying to get a record of thousands of $ I spent over * years. Did not save reciepts which would have helped greatly with proving theft loss and having valid claim for replacement value with Country Insurance. Terrible theft proof requirements. Two suggestions: *: Save all proof of purchase FOREVER, *: Don't buy theft insurance unless they put in writing what they require for valid claim & your happy with those requirements!
