GetHuman-195554: We have been having trouble for the last couple of months with the paper delivery. When I speak to a customer service representative they are clueless as to why the paper isn't being delivered. When I ask to speak to a supervisor, I get the same answer: I can't tell you when the paper is going to be delivered. We are frustrated because we a speaking to someone in the Philipines and there is no local number in the US to talk to. *This very poor customer service and I think we will be cancelling our subscription to the courant.
