CALLED STORE GM ,,,STILL NO RETURN CALL.. CANCELLED MY OTHER PURCHASES..FLOOR MODEL MUCH BETTER QUALITY THAN I RECEIVED, WOW..HORRIBLE SERVICE,NO CONCERN AT ALL..WHITE GLOVE SERVICE IS MORE LIKE BLACK GLOVE..
