~lill48: I waited for resolution to the problem and was on hold for about ** minutes when I was asked for my order number. I gave my order number and agent never got back to me. I was on hold for * hour total time. I kept sending messages and nothing came back. I decided to try again and same agent came back and asked how he could help me. I sent two responses and it has now been * minutes and still nothing.
