~sunnyinok78: I have a disabled sister, her benefits increased and Medicaid dropped her after the deadline. I have guardianship and I can't get even on the website. She now has no medical ins and she really needs it. She's not eligible for medicare for *years. Trying to call is a joke. Even after waiting an hour on hold and to be transferred to another department to wait * hours on hold and then get disconnected. What do you do in a situation like this?
