~Kimreynolds5150: I ordered a gift for my nephew on the hearthsong website on feb *th and ordered expedited shipping direct to him, as I was traveling for work. The item was CLEARLY marked in stock. Kids birthday was four days ago- I got a static email from hearthsong THIS MORNING apologizing that they didn't have the item and offering me ** percent off my NEXT order with them. Fat chance of that. You're an online retailer - are you kidding me? You'll be out of business by next year, which will be a relief for those who would have trusted you with the most basic of tasks.
