~frustrated: Hertz furniture appears to cater to schools although they sell to individuals. As an individual prepare to be treated as if you are a second-class citizen. I had to pull and pry information from them and no one told me beforehand that I was expected to lift a **** table off a delivery truck by myself. When I called the company, I was treated very rudely, with a customer service representative repeatedly talking over for me. They informed me that it was my job to thoroughly read their website and that they were not required to give me a headsup. I never want to deal with this company again.
