~angry customer: I decided to write this review just because I am extremely frustrated with the way my claim is being handled. Anyway I went to our cypress creek college location in cedar park tx, since there is a higher one atm machine located there. I attempted to get $**.** from the ATM machine itself. While waiting for my money to come out the screen kept saying "transaction being processed" for a good *-* minutes. After what appeared to be my transaction being processed and my money being given. The ATM machine went back to the home screen and never issued my money. I immediately went to my account and the bank had the never to deduct **$ from my account when I never got any money from their ATM. It has been a horrible experience with getting it credited back to my account. If only they would send someone to go out and count the money at the ATM they would realize their atm is over in funds. I am still waiting for my **$ to be issued to me and has been over * weeks to get this issue resolved for

~angry customer: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HigherOne's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~angry customer: For that I would say one out of five.

~angry customer: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HigherOne to know who you are.
