~gnomie: According to their web site, the product I wanted was in stock and ready to ship. Eight days later I get an email that their wholesalers is having a problem get the item, but I will have it within a week. Then one week became three weeks. Canceled the ordered, went elsewhere and had the item three days later. When they were independent, Hocks.com was great, now that they have been bought out by Healthwarehouse.com, they need to be avoided at all costs.

~gnomie: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~gnomie: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hocks.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~gnomie: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Hocks.com customers?
