~Lennie Mc: I WAS ON HOLD FOR ALMOST AN HOUR AND A HALF. WHEN I FINALLY HAD SOMEONE ANSWER, THE IMMEDIATELY PUT ME ON HOLD TO TRANSFER ME AND THEN THE CALL WAS DISCONNECTED. I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT ANY COMPANY WOULD USE SUCH A **** POOR SERVICE.
