~mlr: I ordered a bed from HSN on May **th. Home direct got it from the manufacturer on the **th of June.. even tho I was supposed to get it delivered by the *th. I called * times and had to hang up , because the wait was so long. I finally got thru after ** minutes and was offered a date of delivery for the **st. How crazy is that. They literally have had my mattresses and are just holding them there. When I got thru, the customer service kept passing me around until I got to the local facility. This was only because I insisted. I was able to get a local number and promised a delivery date. We will see if they keep their word.
