GetHuman-382850: This *** number nets a waaaay quicker response than the *** number listed on hostway's web site. The woman who answered my call ultimately couldn't help me and transfered me back to customer service (a **-minute wait), and hr accent was quite difficult to understand, but she was a good listener and very responsive to my problem.
