~Tom: I am exhausted trying to get a Chronicle. I have been a subscriber for *** years however at least ever ** days I do not receive a Chronicle. I live at **** Harrison St. Beaumont, TX ***** and am suppose to receive * papers daily. They are the Chronicle, The Enterprise and The Wall Street Journal. On Sunday the Wall Street Journal is not published so I receive the NY Times. Over the past year I have missed the Chronicle over ** times because the carrier is careless to say the least I may get * Enterprises or * Wall Street Journals but no Chronicle. This is very aggravating. I am over ** and I should not have to deal with such incompetence which never ends no matter how many times I call. You and the Enterprise say that you will re deliver the same day but that never happens. Please show this complaint to the Circulation Manager for the Chronicle and the Enterprise. Thanks, Thomas J Sibley *** *** ****. email, *****@***.com
